About the Founder
Meet Bill Hudock
Bill Hudock is a seasoned sponsorship, marketing, and technology executive with more than 25 years of experience building impactful partnerships across sports and entertainment. He founded Dock Lane in 2022 to cut through the traditional, agenda-driven agency models, with a mission to “Help Great People Do Big Things.” At his core, Bill is a builder—bringing people, brands, and ideas together to create partnerships and businesses that drive lasting impact.
Bill works selectively with blue-chip brands and innovative technology companies, advising on business and partnership strategy, negotiation, and activation. Drawing on a career that bridges Fortune 500 brands, tech, and sports and entertainment, he has worked on behalf of Pepsi, Anheuser-Busch, and Verizon, served on the executive
management team of Inc. 500 tech company SponsorUnited, and held leadership roles with the Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles, as well as positions with the Carolina Panthers and Washington Capitals.

He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and holds a B.A. in English from Dickinson College where he was part of the basketball team. Originally from Wilkes-Barre, PA, Bill is also a proud graduate of G.A.R. Memorial High School.
