The Residency

Dock Lane, The Residency began in our own backyard, where Bill started hosting concerts as a way to bring the community together. A lifelong musician—on drums since age 6 and guitar since eighteen—he has always believed music and the arts are central to the Dock Lane spirit.

 

What started as intimate neighborhood gatherings will grow into The Residency, a platform designed to inspire the next generation of artists. Our vision is to expand it into a showcase for local musicians, giving them a stage to share their talent, connect with new audiences, and take the next step in their journey into the industry.
